Vegan, gluten- & lactose-free, with no additives – and ready to serve in just a few minutes. Perfect when speed, consistency, and cost reliability matter. The Yellow Thai Curry delivers authentic, mild-to-moderate seasoning with a bright golden color and stable viscosity – ideal for lunch runners, conference service, family menus, and any buffet station. Use it as a pure vegan ladle dish or as a sauce base and add vegetables and proteins as needed (tofu/tempeh, chicken, meat alternatives).
Preparation from frozen:

Pot/GN: heat while stirring to ≥ 72 °C (approx. 6–8 min).

Combi oven: 130–140 °C hot air, 8–10 min, cover GN.

Microwave (portioned): 60–90 sec at 800–900 W, stir, let rest briefly.
Portioning: 2.5 kg yields approx. 10 × 250 g (main course) or 12–13 × 200 g (bowl). With rice, calculate 180–200 g rice + 220–250 g curry per portion.
