Please note: Requests regarding stand design and floor space will be accommodated as far as possible.
*Marketing packages for greater visibility: In future, Leipziger Messe will provide all digital services in-house. There will be no additional external service provider for this. The media and advertising fees will be combined into a mandatory basic marketing package for all exhibitors and co-exhibitors, offering even more content.
In addition, further optional packages are available which provide even greater reach in a straightforward manner – managed directly by Leipziger Messe. From July 2027, these packages and other services can be booked via the Media Shop. Please note: Leipziger Messe GmbH is solely responsible for and actively manages the marketing, processing and publication of media listings. Other publishers offering or publishing similar directories are not authorised by Leipziger Messe GmbH.
Registration fee for co-exhibitors: €400.00
Stand Construction
When you register your stand, you can simply choose one of three attractive stand construction options:
BASIC, SELECT or SIGNATURE – to suit your needs and budget.
The COMPACT stands will be completed by 13 November 2027, 12:00.
You can conveniently add additional equipment such as furniture, graphics or monitors from July 2027 via our online ordering system.
Ordering and invoicing are handled straightforwardly via FAIRNET GmbH. Their General Terms and Conditions apply.

The KOMPAKT complete stands must be completed by 13 November 2027, 12:00.
The KOMPAKT complete stand package is aimed exclusively at small companies with fewer than 50 employees. The complete stand package includes stand space hire, stand construction, electrical connection and electricity consumption, a basic marketing package, a sustainability fee and two exhibitor passes, plus the AUMA fee of €0.60 per m² and statutory VAT.

Beware of Unauthorised Exhibitor Directories
Leipziger Messe GmbH is exclusively responsible for the realisation of the exhibitor directory and the advertising acquisition to be carried out for this purpose. You can edit your entry for the online exhibitor directory via the Exhibitor Hub. You also have the option of purchasing additional customised media services for even better visibility.
Please note: Other publishers that issue similar catalogues and directories are not authorised by Leipziger Messe GmbH. Leipziger Messe GmbH would like to warn you about unauthorised trade fair catalogues and directories with misleading offers that are often sent out prior to events. These appear to be offering a free listing. However, the catalogue entries are subject to a fee and can incur expenses of several thousand euros. Well-known examples of such unauthorised directories are the "Expoguide", the "International Fairs Directory" and the catalogue entitled "Exhibitors NETWORK".
